This is a callable function.

What it does

A name and a router, and a service is running.

Configuration is found, the routes are served, and stopping is graceful.

This is the whole of what a first program needs, and it is built from the

public functions below it, so a program that outgrows it adds a stage

rather than starting again.

Read the signature

• The text after the name is the type checked by Pudu.

• & borrows a value for this call instead of moving or copying it.
