PcmThis declaration introduces a public type.
What it does
Interleaved signed 16-bit PCM held as its little-endian bytes.
One frame holds one sample per channel. The bytes are the samples exactly
as a WAV document stores them, so writing and reading a document copies runs
of bytes instead of visiting samples, and a sample outside 16 bits cannot be
represented at all.
