This is a callable function.

What it does

Open a sealed message, or answer nothing.

Nothing is answered for every reason a message might not be genuine — the

wrong key, a changed byte, a truncated message, associated data that does

not match. They are not told apart on purpose: saying which one failed

tells whoever changed the message which change got closer.

Read the signature
