This is a callable function.

What it does

A whole query as a statement, or the first thing wrong with it.

The clauses are written in the order the language reads them, so what is

built is what runs rather than something a server has to be lenient about.

Everything that could be a name is checked here, in one place, rather than

at each of the calls that put the query together.

Read the signature

• & borrows a value for this call instead of moving or copying it.
• Names inside [ ] are type arguments, such as the item type held by a collection.
