type

This declaration introduces a public type.

What it does

A request, with nothing about how it will be sent.

Transport is not here because it needs the foreign interface; everything a

caller decides before sending is, so a request can be built, inspected, and

tested without one.

binaryBody, when present, is the exact bytes carried, and takes precedence

over body, the way a response's does: a body that is not UTF-8 text — an

uploaded image, a compressed payload — has no honest text form.
