nth: &Std.SortedMap.SortedMap[K, V] -> Int -> Option[(K, V)]This is a callable function.
What it does
The entry at a position in key order, or None when there is none.
An ordered structure knows which entry is the tenth; a map that only answers
about keys does not, and a caller wanting a median, a percentile, or a page
of results has to read everything out to count.
Read the signature
