This is a callable function.

What it does

Place a view with explicit node and nesting budgets.

Two passes over the tree. The first measures every node's intrinsic size

bottom-up, once, independent of the space offered; the second gives each

node its frame top-down, resolving stretch and grow from the frame its

parent was given. No node is measured twice.
